Founded in 2009 to bring new data sources about energy consumption online and into awareness, the Gridata™ team discovered that most small businesses have little insight into the behavior and health of their equipment at all. In 2011, we broadened our scope to bring value not just from energy consumption sensors, but many other remote sensing technologies that are already available. As a result, SiteAlert™ was created to put timely, actionable information about equipment and businesses right onto the smartphone and desktop of facilities managers, where it does the most good.
